I will do some looking into how the AC is connected. I think it's factory and runs through a small breaker/fuse box in the rear of the rv.

It is available online.
From your hints (particularly a "Harbor Freight" purchase) I gleened that you had SKU 90236 (a 9HP, 4400W peak/4000 W running genset).
Then I looked at the manual from the HF website, it's in .PDF so you need Adobe Acrobat Reader, but it's online here:
