basicly you upload your pictures to a 'picture hosting site'
you copy the link ' that points to the picture'
you put that link in the message you are posting
when you are making/writing a post
you click on the tool bar above your text box , click on the image button ( inser image )
a small window with one line will open
the link for the picture goes in that line
