I ended up buying the Champion http://www.cpeauto.com/de3500RV_gen.htm.

I was told this would would run a Dometic 13,500 BTU AC. I hope it does. By they way, it looks like the same engine as on the other Chinese generators. If it is, how are they able to make this one run to 3500 watts vs the others at 3000?

The nice thing about this one is that it's RV ready.
