My 1st Elim came UPS from NY to CA. It was pretty damaged by the time I got it. The worst was a broken case (near the motor mount) It was clearly dropped. The second came by a freight company on a pallet. I went and picked it up at the local facility. Don't know if it is an option for you but worked well for me.
