I think you are correct on the service issues. I started calling and emailing on Monday morning and as of Thursday morning all I know is that the only person that can help me is out of the office on personal leave. It must be a small company because I asked for the manager and the service manager and the general manager are the same person. Just remember YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
