We are only preventing accelerated discharge by the addition of this cable. There are no defects that proper battery maintenance won't resolve. The cable makes it much easier. WOW. Talk about proactive. How many companies do you know that will do this? This is a much better solution than my "alligator clip" posted earlier.

Was there another Tech Bulletin for the 46538 other than the on on 09.08.2010? I tried looking at the CPE website and couldn't find anything.
