The new inverter generator is a 3100W Chinese Genset, right?... and this thread's title is: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info. Nothing in the thread title distinguishes between an inverter and a synchronous generator. And just because the new one is a 3100W and not a 3000W is irrelevant---the old one isn't really a 3000W either.
To me it's logical that the new one's info should stay in this thread. So, FWIW, that's my vote.
