I had a similar problem with my trailer. I bought a tube of clear caulk. Cut the end of to the largest diameter of the tip and laid a bead from behind the A/C diagonal towards the off door side back corner. Then put another right next to it and a third right on top of those two. Now all the water from the A/C goes off the back side. Cheap but effective fix that has been done for two years now.
This seems the simplest and effective remedy so far. I've got the same problem from air conditioners and just plain old rain and dew. Might take more work but a bead around the top guiding the water to the gutter spouts would probably solve the ugly stubborn black and white drip marks. Might have to figure out something from the gutter spouts, other than clothes pins to handle more water.
