Delamination repair?

So, I just noticed my recently purchased used TT has some delamination issues where the front wall meets the side walls. I did not notice this during inspection, my theory is that after sitting in a seasonal site for 3 years my towing it around caused some caulking to open up a bit. We have had some heavy rains since then so I'm guessing that's when the problems started. My real question is about repairing it. I plan to go over all seams with new caulk and use lap sealant on all the roof entry points but is there any way to repair the damage done 1st? My gut tells me don't even go down that road, seal the leaks and call it good but I'm wondering if anyone else has repaired similar damage and how they did it.

If it does, you can worry about it at that time. There is no sense at all in doing so now.

Delamination due to adhesive breakdown should be relatively easy and inexpensive to repair vs. that caused by water intrusion. All you need to do to have a first-rate repair is to reglue the skin on the structure; there should be no need to replace water damaged pieces since there should be no water damage.

Update.. I found a user on Forest River forums who has the same thing with his 2011. I guess they had an adhesion issue with the front caps in 2011 :R Hopefully this means it won't get continually worse.

None (thank goodness and knock on wood).

The only 'real' repair for that is to remove the entire front cap section, repair any damage underneath and replace the cap.

I agree with you. "Don't even go there."
I'd carefully reseal all the seams and around the running lights and go camping.
