Electrical shocks problem
I have a 30' Mallard and while in my house slippers I noticed a tingle when touching the rv outside, when I knelt onto my bare knee and touched it it gave me quit a jolt. I used my voltage meter, old school not digital, and put it on A/C 120 and the needle shot up to 100.
The search begins, I start with the breakers, turning one off at a time and testing it, no luck, even when all breakers are off, even the main is off, I still get the charge from the outside to ground. The only thing that worked is unplugging it all together.
I know there is no short from the cord itself, it has to be coming from the box as if one of the breakers was by-passed but I cannot see if it was, I have full access to the breakers.
Any ideas? Thank you :)
