In my not so humble opinion:
"reconditioning" only buys you a little extra time.
At 8 years old, you might have a "hard" failure most any time.
Make sure that the other two are not discharged while waiting for you to get to them. If they sit that way too long, they might not be revoverable with any amount of "reconditioning".
If you read up on the de-sulfating process, you should find that it really does not "fix" anything and is just a bandaid.
