Thanks guys for the suggestion. I've been waiting for the last of the snow to melt, to finally get under there. But I did quickly look under the slide and I see NO visible wires of any kind under the slide. I wonder if this actually withing the cover under the slide somewhere? Would it make sense to have to remove the entire paneling under there to get access to this wiring?

If all lights out simultaneously, yes, look for an arm "thingy" that lets the power cable flex back and forth when the slide moves in and out. The wiring could be deteriorated due to age or more likely, a bad connection at either end of cable. Try and locate inboard end of connection first and test with voltmeter. If okay, then move to opposite end and check voltage there and if not okay at outboard end, it's the cable. If 12VDC present at the end of the cable, it's either the splice there or something downstream within the slide somewhere, like at the first light or switch that the 12VDC power goes to.

Unlikely to be the case, but if not okay at inboard connection, you probably have a bad connection where it connects to a light inside somewhere and you'd need to pull down lights until you find the bad connection.

If you find a connection either on the inboard or outboard side of the slide cable, you *could* always take the connection apart and connect 12VDC directly to the slide lighting cicuit to verify it's okay. I would think it's unlikely that the slide lighting is on it's own dedicated fuse in the fuse panel, but what does the fuse labeling say?

Splices are not waterproof and over time moisture can cause issues, or a connection may have not been done very well in the beginning and become loose. The constant in/out movement of the 12VDC cable to the slide can cause issues.

I've had two different 5thW and both had a covered receptical box behind the couch. Neither were Sunnybrook, one Prowler and the other a Jayco.

The power came in from a single line fastened to a folding arm underneath the slide.
