Our Norcold 1210 Refer works good on propane but doesn't on electric 12v or 120v. Fuses are good .Anyone else have this? Any ideas short of going to the dealer? it is only a year old and should still be under warranty, but ....

Thanks, Jim and Laurie

Thank you everyone. I am still investigating ,but so far the fuses are good. 12v does operate the panel, no error codes ,but am going to investigate that we have power at the 120 plug. when I get it fixed ,will post for future reference for everyon.

You need to check:

120V AC outlet that fridge plugs into.......has power?
The 8A glass fuse on control module...blown no power to AC heaters
Bad electric heat element
Which 'error fault' codes you have

Fridge operates on propane (gas flame) or 120V AC electric (2 electric heat elements)
12V DC is used for control circuit on gas or electric.

NO 12V DC heater for operation (only for divider heater etc.)
Is it time for your medication or mine?
