Refrigerator Control Lock
Last week we had to move our 5th wheel toy hauler due to tropical storm Andrea and it wasn't hooked up to power for a few days. As a result, the propane tank ran out & it was not set to automatically switch to the new tank. Apparently, the refrigerator was trying to ignite for some time with no success and we discovered the refrigerator was not working. Even after AC power was restored, the display screen on our Norcold, model # N821FLT shows a Fault Code "n", which means refrigerator cooling unit has stopped cooling. The manual refers to a 1st time reset by simply turning the refrigerator off then back on. If this does not work, the manual states condition is not owner serviceable, contact dealer. The manual states that the heat sources to the cooling unit are turned off and are locked out by the controls. Is anyone aware of how to "unlock" the heat sources to the cooling unit without having to take it to a service center.
