Slide stuck

Question

The driver side slide on my 2005 bounder 36e is stuck. After the slide is fully extended it can only be retracted a few inches then stalls. Is there an adjustment to raise the slide over the floor so it can continue retracting?

On our 2005 Excursion, it takes quit a bit of battery power to get over that hump. Make sure the gear underneath is lubed. You should have the engine running when operating the slides.

Try this - crank up the generator, let it run for a couple of minutes and then with it still running see if the slide retracts.
