- LwiddisExplorer III’d be interested in the weight and whether it meets California air quality standards.
- Fresno_Tundra_DExplorer3000+ watts and only 58 pounds sounds great!!!
- 2oldmanExplorer IINice gen, but 10 more pounds would be too much for my old back. I own enough generators for the rest of my life.
- theoldwizard1Explorer III wonder how hard it would be to hookup an extended run tank ?
It is fuel injected, so it on obviously has a fuel pump built in. If the fuel tank vent is closed/blocked an a fitting inserted through the fuel cap there should be enough vacuum to pull fuel from an external tank, just like the EU2000i and EU220i extended run kits. - dieseltruckdrivExplorer II

58 lbs. With fuel injection it SHOULD meet CAFE and run well at altitude ! - LantleyNomadThis lightweight 3200 watt model has the potential to be a real game changer.
Powering an RV off grid has really changed in the last 5 years or so.
Solar and portables gensets have really improved in the last few years. - MFLNomad II

This is mostly psychological. Just changing screen name to Not2oldman, would add 10 lbs more capability. If already set up to parallel, no need though! :C
Jerry - I don't use mine much. Like to see a factory propane version.
- wa8yxmExplorer III58 pounds? (how much does your wife's purse weigh?????) Ok been a while but I remember a few that were darn close to that :)
