Well I no longer "need" a HD truck. I do miss some of the RAM Laramie features that are not on my XLT F150 like heat steering wheel and power folding mirrors.
I like the F150's stop and go adaptive cruise control and the 12" display in the center stack that looks right and not like it was glued on.
24 MPG on the highway bobtail is nice. Around town the mileage is 17-19 where the RAM was 15-17.
If DW had not gotten sick and I had known how quickly she was going to step off the planet, I would have keep the RAM. Grit dog wrote:

All new tow mirrors... Oh well maybe next year.

Sofaking lame!!
So Ram just pooped out power extendable mirrors, ala mid 2000s Ford and GM features?
And some more cameras to make those mirrors have the ability to total a truck on cost to replace if both of them got damaged at the same time?
But hey at least the 4th gen chassis is going into its 11th year of production with the body style going on 14 years….might beat Frod for longest running truck model without a redesign…lol.
I’ll assume still no competitive transmission in the big C trucks, but at least Goodyear has pawned off more of those craptacular Duratracs on yet another OE offering….
(They are very durable and great traction. Live up to the name 100%. But they should be called the Duraloudresonatingtrac tires!)
Ram updated the frame to support it's current front suspension setup and the rear coil springs. But yes it's time for Stelantis to man up and invest in a HD redesign and obsolete the classic models.- Cummins12V98Explorer III

Pour little me, I sit here driving a FORD F150 with a tiny little 2.7L twin turbo V6 with a smile on my face. Who would have guessed, after a 1993 RAM/Cummins, a 2001.5 RAM/Cummins and a 2015 RAM/Cummins spanning 27 years. And 19 years with twin Cummins in the last boat. :) :)
Hey Chris, I'm not feeling bad for you!! My hunting buddy has the same truck as yours, and it is a great truck! That puny little 2.7 can kick some V8 a$$, for sure!:C

It can hardly get out of it's own way!

If your 15 Cummins/RAM and Ford were placed side by side, cost and fuel economy were not in the equation what one would you take home?
Let me answer that...it would depend if his 150 has the towing mirrors! ;)
I know, I know...but with all the previous mirror talk, just couldn't help myself!

I leave my 15 mirrors UP (ANTLERS) because the spot mirrors work best in that position. My 01 I have towing mirrors and the spots work the same up or down so I run down unless towing.
Personally I really like my 15 mirrors.

Don’t know why Ford owners make a big deal of mirrors, when their diesel still uses the Bosch 4.2 Pump.
Because Fords have better tow mirrors and they use them all the time. By contrast, yes the CP4 is a steaming pile but statistically the majority of them don't fail on any given owner. - Cummins12V98Explorer III

You must be referring to someone else? It’s 2022 now, almost 2023 and I don’t recall posting anything promising for a couple years now.
Or did you mean “hoping” for, not promising?
I've actually been hoping you were right.
