My generators are cable locked in the bed, just out in the open. if someone with an angle grinder wants to cut the cable and have my generators, that's what insurance is for.
rather have them taken from the bed than a window smashed out of the truck, or the door ripped open on the trailer.
not sure where other folks are travelin??? but having recently completed an 11,000+ mile road trip I never once had any security problems or concerns. all the security precautions I took just caused me inconvenience.
