Yes, back in 07 thru 09 I think, they did make a distinction between the wheel size.. At least for my 13, the 20" wheels I have do not degrade or improve the tow rating at all.. No "*" in the owners manual or even "Trailer Life Tow Guide" on wheel size. My Max Tow package actually has the same 'tow rating' as the HD payload and the 6.2 equipped F150's.. :)
