I’m trying to get the remote for these to work with the receiver , but No! I can get all the jacks work at once and the rear to work ok , but the fronts don’t work, I have tried connecting cable to the receiver from the remote, and to reprogram the remote, but they still don’t work, right. It’s also very difficult to find someone who will service these Jacks . Can anybody give me some help?? Thanks

All jacks work at once. That makes sense to me

The rear jacks work ok. Does that mean you can extend each rear jack individually or just extend them as a pair?

The Fronts
don't work. Yep easy to understand.

You then tried swapping the wires and said it got worse. Can you describe what happened? Did you suddenly have no jacks? Did all the jacks except one rear stop working? If so which jack? Did a front jack ever try to work? If so which jack?

The All JACKS button Only the left rear goes opposite and Right rear goes opposite , the other jacks do not work at all.

LEFT FRONT up button goes down and the left front down button nothing happens

LEFT REAR down button goes up and the up button nothing moves

RIGHT FRONT up and down buttons, nothing moves

RIGHT REAR. up button does not work and down button goes up .

I hope this isn’t too confusing.

Nope it's actually clear when I space it all out as above. But yes I can see why you said it's worse. Going back to your original post where you say ALL Jacks work at once really sounds like the jacks and the controller are all working and as you suspected the remote is faulty.

Did the remote come with the controller board? It sounds to me like the encoding of the remote does not match the controller board. Different hardware revisions, different software revisions, or the like. If you bought them separately, I'd think you'd have to check with Happijac to see if they are compatible, probably need pn or serial numbers for each to tell.

My camper came with two remotes. One wired and the other wireless. Is it possible you have a second remote?
I only have one remote, I ordered one on eBay and the numbers in the photo in the ad matched my remote, but of course they sent the wrong one and now when I try to print the return label they sent me to return the wrong one I can’t get it to print ??????????

That means the jacks are getting power. That means the jacks are NOT stuck. That means the jacks are getting a signal. That means the lever on the side of the jacks are in the correct position.

The problem is either in the remote, or in the jack controller in the camper. The problem is electronic, and for most of us the only thing we can do is replace things until it starts working again.

It would be interesting if you could swap the wires from the front jacks to the rear jacks, and verify that the problem follows the wiring, not the jacks.
I will go look to see if I can swap the wires from the front jacks to the rear jacks. I’m not sure if they will reach.

swap them at the control board. just plug the fronts into the bak sockets and the other way for the backs
I swapped all the wires on the control board, and it made the jacks behave worse than before so I just put them back to the original position
