Holiday Rambler Alumi-lite TT

Does anyone have knowledge, good or bad, on Holiday Rambler Alumi-lite travel trailers?
I was interested in a R-Vision TT but when I called Guaranty RV in Oregon, they said Thor/Monaco bought that Company and shut down production. So now I am lookng at Holiday Rambler, which I think has the same parent co. But know nothing about their TT's

    Monaco kills off Holiday Rambler, Trail Light trailer production
    News about our RV's ELKHART, IND – Feb. 10,. 2014 – About 100 employees at the Monaco RV towable manufacturing plant got a shock when they reported for work this morning. Security guards didn’t admit them to the plant, but instead handed them paperwork informing them they were out of work. Allied Specialty Vehicles, the parent company of Monaco Coach, has decided to leave the towables market. Brands affected include Holiday Rambler and Trail Light trailers.
    I cannot comment on the quality of H/R, but I read somewhere that all warranties would be honored by A.S.V. Just my .02.
