Snake Oil... Why do you want to try it?

I have bought it, but have not done an oil change yet. I have used rev x and it does seem to help, diesel power just did a review on archoil 9100 and found it does work and helps to loosen up the injectors. They have a printout with actual before and after injector checks. In issue about a month or so ago

There are a lot of those type of products on the market and when I want to try a product I simply buy it and use it. That way I know if it works or doesn't work to my expectations.

Most folks yell snake oil have never tried the product and know nothing about it .... but have a opinion.

All snake oils come with a money back guaranty. The salesmen know most people will not ask for their money back once they use a product as it is to much bother

That blue one sounds interesting, -65 pour point.

I am highly suspicious of any company that puts a pdf file on the internet containing the MSDS for their product that is NOT FILLED IN, and gives NO information abut the ingredients.
do a google search for hot shot's secret msds and see what you find. Maybe you will find one that has some information.

Ethylhexly Nitrate = Cetane booster

Trmethylbenzene = simply... thinner

Substitued phenol = detergent (also used in anesthesia)

Naphthalene = solvent

As a chemist let me point out that Napthalene is a white solid not a solvent. It's one of two chemicals that are used to make moth balls. Paradichlorbenzene being the other. The Ethylhexylnitrate seems to be the main active ingredient along with the petroleum distillate (mineral spirits or kerosine).
