how much weight do you tow with 1/2 ton gm 5.3l

go to trailer life,com and look at their charts. you will also need to know the gear ratio of your truck. find the towing weight of your truck and go from there. I did go there and with out knowing the gear ratio I see you can tow either 7900 lbs or 8900 lbs.
