The OP bought the trailer @8 months old. 4 months left on the transferred warranty. He then after two weeks of ownership took it in for repairs. It never got fixed properly. He's still fighting with Keystone. This seems to me that under normal circumstances if you start a warranty claim before the warranty has expired, and the problem isn't fixed during the warranty period that it should still be a warranty problem. As long as it's documented.
Question is and I'm not sure it's relevant is did the OP file the proper paper work to transfer the warranty? If he's getting it worked on right after purchase then it would seem like he's good to go.
I'm not sure if he's trying to get reimbursed for repairs or just trying to get it fixed.

Not according to this from the manual. It can be transferred during the remainder of the 1st year.
This Limited Warranty may be transferred during the one (1) year term by the original consumer purchaser to a subsequent purchaser. The limited one (1) year warranty, however, shall in no way be extended beyond the one (1) year from the original date of purchase by reason of the transfer from the original consumer purchaser to any subsequent purchaser(s). The subsequent purchaser(s) also has an obligation to notify Keystone immediately upon the transfer of the warranty and to further provide proof of purchase within the one (1) year."
