Making an umbilical/pigtail cord

My 1995 Palomino Bronco 1200 didn't come with the cord to connect the camper to the truck's electrical system. My camper does NOT have taillights or turnsignals or backup lights; just marker lights. I've got the plugs and the 4-way 16-ga bonded wire. The 7-way blade connector directions tell me which blade provides 12v to what function.

The 4-way round plug tells me nuthin'. (I DO have the very-generic owner's manual, which tells me nuthin')

The camper plug:

The control panel in case it matters:

I'm assuming I only use 3 wires: ground; whatever goes to the taillights/(markerlights); and a line that's 12v always-on?? I'm also assuming that the 16 ga wire will supply the equivalent of a trickle-charge to the battery and that's OK? I won't be running anything 12 volt going down the road.

I've asked the folks at Palomino for a wiring diagram - kind of suspect that's like asking for a unicorn. So do I wire to those 3 points on the plug that goes into the truck's trailer receptacle, then simply play "do you work now?" with the 3 wires at the camper plug?
