Went to the Kansas City RV Show for the first time about a month ago. 1st RV Show I had been to, I wasn't surprised to see all sizes of RV's, and they had several. What I was surprise about was not seeing vendors selling stuff for the RV's like hoses, mats, chairs, etc., in other words GADGETS for the RV's. Is this the norm or is this just the way this show is set up. They didn't have very many vendors at all.
Just wondering, Thanks for any info ahead of time.
Saw a lot more RV accessories, gadgets & gear at the big Hershey, PA show than at the Washington, DC one. Looks to be a function of size, from what I've seen.
It all depends on the show that year and where it is. Some shows are bigger and the chances of at least a couple of dealers setting up an accessory sale are better. But at any show in any given year, the number of dealers participating may vary as well as products and accessories available for sale.

All the RV shows up here (Greater Toronto/Niagara ON area) have an parts and supply store, as well as lots of 10'x10' booths that sell everything, from useless (IMHO) to insurance, campground sites and even food.
