Tape for Plastic Repairs

Question

Can FlexTape be used to make repairs in RV Plastic? We're specifically looking to make a small tape repair on a piece of plastic on the slide-out trim (since we can't find a replacement piece yet for it) and also on the AC roof cover where there is a small crack in the plastic.

If not FlexTape any other "white" tape that you'd recommend for these small plastic repairs? Thank you!

Eternabond Tape will keep it together and waterproof. I don't know what plastic trim you speak of but for the AC shroud it should work fine.
