TV charging connection

Question

I have a 2003 f 150 with factory tow.I have no charging 12V at the 7 pin connector. the owners manual identifies a 30 amp maxi fuse and it is good. There is a fuse for lights also and I have all lights. Where should I look next.Thanks for any help. I did check continuity with a meter on the 30 amp fuse.

See if there is a relay missing.

You are right on the relay for charging trailer battery is missing. Now if I can find out which one to buy I may have charging power.

If the 03 is the same as the 2000 , might be relay #302  and fuse #101 in the fuse box under the hood. There is a youtube on it called ,   (2000 F-150 "Trailer Tow Battery" fix)
