We have a Keystone Bullet Premier (22RBPR) that has a dry weight on 4650 lbs. I have one BAL 28050 leveler (from prior popup trailer days) and was wondering if anyone is using two BALs on a dual axel TT? I have tried to find out the weight limit on the BAL 28050 but specs are not listed on line that I could see. I have plenty of space between the two tires (about 20") so that is not an issue.Also....anyone using the Camco 44753 tri leveler?? Looks interesting and had pretty good product reviews. I'm wondering about ease of use and how to chock tires when they're up on a higher level???

First off... you are going to have a whole lot of people flame you for calling them levelers, be prepared for that LOLSecondly... I use 6 of the scissor jack stabilizers on my trailer. Two of them are BAL and the other 4 are Husky.I use two at the front corners, a pair just in front of the front axle, and a pair just behind the rear axle. That allows me to lift to stabilize and fine-tune level. Do not lift the trailer very far behind the rear axle, you will not like the results.

To the frame, axels,???I mounted them to the frame within 6 inches of the axle mount reinforcement plates with nuts and bolts, the supplied self-tapping screws are not great for this application.

Interesting in that the BAL 28050 leveler is actually a leveler and not a stabilizer as suggested. They go under the tire and then lift the axle as such.They are even listed by BAL as a leveler. I don't think they have the capacity to lift a dual axle trailer wheel to the levels you might be needing.These levelers are originally made for pop-ups and other very light trailers.

I just use the Lynx leveling blocks for my Bullet. I've never had to use more than 2 blocks deep to get the TT leveled. They are simple to place next to the tires and either back up onto or pull forward onto. At home I've placed permanent wood planks under the wheels to level the TT next to the house.

Get the Anderson's and throw everything else away! I bought a set just before our last long trip and was amazed how great they work. As has been said they are a bit pricey but worth every penny. Actually I didn't throw the Lynx blocks away, they are good to put under the stabilizer jacks so they don't have to be extended as far.

To the OP. I have a little bit heavier trailer than you with dual axles and also have a set of BAL Levelers left over from my pop up days. I have tried to use them and it was difficult to lift the tires so I do not recommend them for anything except pop ups or really light trailers. How ever, they do work really well for getting rid of the wiggle in the trailer after it is set up. Just slide it under and crank it up just enough to put some pressure on the tire. I use it every time I set up. Give it a try. I use the simplest and cheapest levelers with much success, 3/4 inch plywood cut about 18 inches long. Good luck

Is it easy to remove the chock part from the body after a few days of camping or do you just pull off them?

The Anderson levelers are two pieces. Put the curved wedge under the tire pull up until the camper is level side to side, then put in the wedge/chock on the opposite side. This is a sweet system indeed, they are pricey though.

Because they are curved upwards, those levelers look like they would be more difficult to back the tires up on to. But you said they were easy? Do they rock/tilt as the tires roll over them to make it easier?

Those that think their TT frame can handle the stress of leveling their trailer by jacking it up at the 4 corners could be wrong.

I bought the Andersen levelers. Pricey but they work great. Just got the chance to use them the first time today! Backed TT up, DS placed them in front of tires, I pulled slowly forward till DS yelled "stop!"

any thoughts on the Camco 44753 tri leveler?? A lot of good reviews but I wonder how easy they are to use? And would they work with a tandem axel??

The leveler is wide enough to utilize the entire width of the tire. The Bal leveler is a must have for a smaller single axle camper. Two may work on a tandem.
