Where I can get Ford coaxial cable for my camper?

Try googleing for "rv camera cable" a whole bunch of sellers looking for you.

Nope, no joy.
Seems we do have at least 25 standards for backup cameras with most common 5-prongs.
I have home security camera who has similar looking plug, but outer ring is much bigger.
Not to mention that I would prefer have lockable plugs.

Just change the connectors to something more standard and use the same gauge of cable. Amazon.com might be helpful.

Lacking a lot of information as to what you were showing us. The connection looks like it goes directly onto the camera, but there are two connections. Is that a cable that ran from the camera to thru the tailgate and then is connected about where the cables to the tail and brake light are routed and then connects to the cable that goes to the cab.

If so, you can have a CCTV shop cut the ends off, install some standard CCTV coax connecters and use a standard length cable you can buy almost anywhere.

If you are in So. Cal., PM me and I'll post a shop that will do the work or sell you everything you need to do it yourself.

Of course you can contact Ford and ask them who they buy their systems from.

Probably the best option beside spending $700 for Ford's trailer camera.
I am in Vegas now and seems the area lacks electronic shops. The only Fry's is across the city, but I will go there.
The cable comes in several pieces. The plugs on the picture are inside the tailgate, where it connects with harness, go under bumper and another set of plugs connects it to main truck.
Is coaxial cable adding resistance that matters?
I remember USB had low limits on extensions.

SMA connectors, also sold as RF. Similar size, so cutting original cable in 1/2 and adding connectors with extension between did the trick.
From last time I was doing precision soldering my eyesight went from "Hawk" to "glasses #2" but it still work.
Did dry test on driveway and truck only and it works. They are not weather-tight so will have some wrapping to do.
Will load camper tonight, or Monday, so time allows will post some pictures.

The camera mount come too much of rednecking, but I will worry about cosmetic stuff later.
Turn out I needed only 7.5' of extension as tailgate camera has very wide angle (like 170') and I mount it like 4-6 above the ground on the ladder.

The 360 picture lost its proportions, so I will have to remember that, but rear view beside wide-angle distortion shows what I need.
The buckets on the ground are "touching" corners of camper with their rims.
