We also have a Travel'r, been running perfectly for 6 years until this year when I bent the LNB arm slightly. Tech support and Customer service were good diagnosing and getting parts to me to fix the problem. I would buy one again. It works well under light trees where there is a little sky showing. We carry a manual dish just in case but have only used it 2 times in 6 years of travel. Like any product sometimes you can get lemons and poor service.

harley dave,
just curious as to what your problem was that you replaced the LNB? my winegard swm worked fine for the first 6 months we owned it...now it just keeps searching (never peaks, never stows away automatically)...i am waiting for a new LNB to be shipped, but i don't think it will help.
was yours just searching before the LNB was replaced?
