Does anyone have any experience with or knowledge of this manufacturer? Handling issues were easily solved by a few hundred dollars worth of suspension upgrades. Curios as to what suspension upgrades you made. Could provide a little more info?Re: Considering move from class A to CI don’t have a DP. I have a 30 foot gasser on Ford chassis. The handling, noise, and rough ride are starting to take a toll on the old guy. BillConsidering move from class A to CHi all, Senior citizen here. I’ve been considering moving to a class C (from class A) thinking it may be easier and more comfortable to drive. However, after reading some of the threads regarding the heat issue around the dog house, I’m not sure I need more heat. (I live in Arizona.) Is the heat and noise issue as considerable as some mention? Having never driven a class C, I assumed the driving would be less stressful, but now I’m starting to rethink the idea. Have any of you made the move I’m considering? Thanks, BillRe: Draining hot water tankThanks to everyone for the feedback. I’ve lived in AZ for over 30 years and I can’t believe i didn’t consider the hard water issues here. Thanks for jogging my memory! It has now been drained.Draining hot water tankHi everyone, Is it necessary to drain the hot water tank when the MH is sitting for several months between trips? I live in the SW so freezing temps are not a problem. Thanks, BillRe: Idle Jeep Wrangler while towing? This is my 2nd Stay-in-Play. Just had the new one installed this summer. Didn’t have a battery issue with the 1st one, so already have a charge line installed. I was concerned maybe the installer made a wiring issue. I’m hoping it was just time for the 4 1/2 year old battery to give out. When I unhooked the toad, it started up and we drove it a couple hundred yards to our site, but it was dead the next morning. So, hopefully, it had received enough charge through the MH before dying overnight. I like the idea of a volt meter that plugs into a 12V outlet in the Jeep. Where do you get those? EzgoinIdle Jeep Wrangler while towing?Morning everyone, I have a question? Is it OK to let a Jeep Wrangler idle while hooked up to MH for towing? The reason I asked is my battery was dead after towing for 2 days. Fuses checked out OK so not sure if issue was new install of Stay-in-Play brake system or if battery was just old (5 yrs old). I had to replace battery and I don’t want to buy another new battery when I drive back 2 days (if the problem is brake controller). So i thought I’d see about idling while at rest stops on the way home as a precaution. Thanks EzgoinRe: Check fuse in Ford Power Distribution BoxI’m leaning towards an installer problem. When the brake controller activates while braking, a LED lights up on coach dash, letting me know it’s working, and that indicator light worked flawlessly. If it was only getting power from the toad battery (which was dead), it wouldn’t be working. I’ll give the installer another call tomorrow and see what develops. If his problem, he pays for the new battery!
