Walmart - Suffern NY
Does the WalMart in Suffern NY allow overnight RV parking? I have read pros and cons of parking there. I have called multiple times over the past two days at different times of the day and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone (845-368-4705). I get the store recording, but no operator or customer service. Does anyone have any good info on staying overnight at that location? I, just again, talked with an ATT/DirecTV representative and she informed me that I can get NBC, CBS, and Fox, but not ABC. I have to send an email to attdns@amcustomercare.att-mail.com to request a mobile DNS form and instructions. I am going to do this and see how it pans out. I really want ABC as the wife watches "General Hospital" faithfully and has for over 20 years. She won't be happy to hear that we won't be able to get it. Anyone know how I can solve this dilemma. I am not always going to be able to get ABC OTA. Are you guys in CA getting ABC through the West Coast feed? Thanks634Views0likes0CommentsEast Coast Affiliates
I am just now getting my satellite dome working again since COVID. In talking to ATT/DirecTV, they inform me that the affiliates, ABC,NBC,CBS and Fox are no longer available thru DirecTV. Can anyone clarify this or what would be another option other than over-the-air antenna. Should I consider dumping DirecTV and consider going with DISH? I am looking for a safety grab rail to mount just inside of my entry door. I have had one in the past in my previous motorhome but cannot find where I obtained it from. It mounts flush on the inside wall but curves inward toward the entryway to allow it to be grabbed coming up the steps. About 20-24 inches long. Problem figured out - not solved yet, but know why! The Hazard 4-Way Flashers Light Switch (Off/On) is faulty. When I push the switch to "On", nothing happens. But when I "lean" the switch slightly to the left, the Hazard 4-Way Flashers start flashing audibly and visually on the dash. The switch body is recessed beneath a two-piece protective cover. I have to remove the top half of the cover to get to the switch body. The top half of the cover encircles the ignition switch and cannot be lifted until I remove the top part of the switch. The top part of the ignition switch is what you twist with your thumb and trigger finger when you are turning the key. How do I get that switch apart? 4-Way Flashers not working Turn signals work. Brake lights work. Running lights work. When I step on the brakes, both turn signals on the dash illuminate and stay illuminated as long as I stay on the brakes. I replaced the turn signal flasher. What should I check next? Tenn.vol I am home after my 2400 mile trip with the 8.1 running with high temps most of the time. My travels are completed for this year. I have purchased through a Workhorse distributor a Workhorse water pump and fan clutch and I expect in the next 2 - 3 weeks to have both items installed. I intend to have the engine flushed, new coolant added and the radiator pressure washed (carefully). I am also replacing my lower shroud as I noticed a 7" X 3" hole in the bottom of it. Yep, that's a Workhorse number also. I probably won't have a status report till April/May 2020 when the weather is warmer and I make my annual trip to Florida. Again, I thank everyone for their comments and suggestions. I hope to be able to post some positive news in the spring.1.2KViews0likes0Comments
