While there were signs of damage in the "middle keys", Key West was 100% and most of what we saw was in good shape. While the KOA on Sugarloaf Key will be closed for some time, many other parks were open for business.Florida Keys?I'm in Sarasota, FL for a few months and am thinking about a first visit to the Keys. After the hurricane damage last year, I'm wondering how they've recovered. Friends have suggested that it may be too soon to visit. If anyone is there now or has been recently, I'd like to hear what you're seeing. Is now the time to go?Re: Dish Network and local channelsJust to follow up, I got the Tailgater/211z bundle and set up the pay as you go account. Plugged everything in and phoned Dish. I told the customer service guy that I wanted to change service address. I told him I was in an RV and he agreed that all he needed was the zip code. Within 2 hours, I was watching the network news.Interior RemodelingI don't know whether this question is appropriate, but I hope it doesn't break any forum rules. I need an interior remodel for my 2007 Discovery and it's something beyond what I can do as a DIY project. We'll be returning to Arizona in a few weeks and wondered if anyone would recommend a shop in the Phoenix area. I'm looking at flooring, upholstery, TV upgrades and a custom computer desk. I've Googled a few places, but it's always nice to have a recommendation from a satisfied customer.Re: Dish Network and local channelsSounds like exactly what I need. Nice to know that it's as simple as it should be.Dish Network and local channelsI recently dumped DirecTV (after over ten years as a customer) and we're taking our first trip without satellite TV. We're currently in a favorite campground that has 12 channels of fuzzy SD cable and no stations over the air. We find the one thing that we miss is network news. I would get a dish "pay as you go" system if I new I could switch locations as I travel in order to receive the local NBC, CBS and/or ABC affiliates. I spoke with a neighbor in a fifth wheel a few stops back who said he did exactly that and it was a fairly simple process. Does he know a secret, or is it actually that easy?Rope light "night light"My Discovery uses a 3' rope light as a night light at a small step down from the bedroom slide. I recently noticed several burned out bulbs, so I removed the rope light after picking up a 3' strip of LED lights at Radio Shack. My mistake! The LED lights are FAR too bright for a bedroom night light. Now I need to track down a 12v incandescent rope light. I placed an order with "Tri North Lighting" over a month ago, but finally had to give up on them after they "back-ordered" me twice (their customer service is non-existent. :M ) I've found 150-200 foot spools at $100 or more, but can't seem to find shorter lengths. Anyone know of a source?
