Just have to connect the new plug.Re: Freightliner Brake Controller ConnectorI did find the connector. $30 for all the pieces. Didn't want to just splice because I use the controller in the Ram too.Freightliner Brake Controller ConnectorHas anybody found the male connector used for attaching a brake controller to a Freightliner wiring harness. Connector is rectangle with six ports, five of which are used. Tekonsha says they don't carry a harness for Freightliner RV chassis.Re: GS ERS Failure to Pay RoadsideGuy wrote: Hello ArmySFCRet and thanks for the post. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Darren White and I am the Senior Director of Operations. I will gladly reimburse you for the service call charge that you paid. I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, and want to make it right. If you would send me your phone number via private message, I'll call at your convenience. Thanks for your time. Just received a phone call from Mr. White. He said they are going to reimburse me for service call and the extra hassle endured. Also received another phone call confirming my address. "Check's in the mail."Re: GS ERS Failure to PayMarcus, I thought you were IMPROVING GS services.Re: GS ERS Failure to PayRudy, Just went through my mail as we just got home this weekend. Lots of mail from GS for insurance, Heath Travel card, sales catalogs, refi information and extended coverage. Interestingly not a single mail from you on this claim. Your turn! Update: 9/16 still nothing in the mail. Update: 9/17 still nothing! So glad that GS is on top of this!Re: GS ERS Failure to PayWhy is it necessary to fill out any paperwork and put the burden on the customer? The service provider was told that GS would reimburse them before they left the shop. They drove eighty miles and were then informed that GS would not pay for the call. This is putting an undo financial demand on the customer and not showing good faith to the provider who stated at the time that this is not the first time they have been screwed by GS.Re: GS ERS Failure to PayWe are now home. Sent a PM to Rudy that same day as requested and no further response from Good Sam at all. It should not be necessary to have to fill out any additional paperwork to have GS Fulfill their contract for services. They have no problem contacting me when it's time to renew! Still no resolution. As noted above, easier to just pay for the service call than to have ANOTHER dissatisfied customer. Posting this to GS FB page also.GS ERS Failure to PayAs a long time Life Member, I am very disappointed in my Good Sam ERS response today. We had a blowout with rim damage on our class a pusher yesterday due to a bad road. Needed a 22.5 tire and rim. Closest available was in Idaho Falls, 80 miles away. They only had a used tire but I was told by GS rep they could not authorize used tire and would not cover cost of tire or rim, but would cover service call. Otherwise we would have to wait two or three days on the side of the road for new tire. This was not an option so we opted for used tire to get back on the road. Jack's Tire and Oil of Idaho Falls did an excellent job and got us back on the road. Now, here is the problem I had with GS ERS. After the service tech arrived on site GS ERS refused to cover ANY of the cost including the Service Charge. I had to pay for everything! Not pleased with GS as to the way this was handled. Looks like I will not be renewing my ERS UNLESS THIS GETS RESOLVED. Why pay for a service that does not do as they claim? Update: Now Sep 12 and nothing from GS on our reimbursement.Rear camera on Class A issuesRecently turned on the coach and noticed the video feed to the rear showed a picture then some "static". The picture went blank and now only shows several white parallel lines. Double lines when camera is connected. Single white line on Cam2 with no camera connected. The Voyager monitor was replaced about 5 years ago due to a monitor failure. This does not appear to be the same issue. Unit is b/w. Camera model is VBCS150. Coach is identified in sig. On edit: Disconnected camera and reconnected. Moved cable to Cam2. Still no pic. Now appears to be another VOM 58 monitor failure.
