Re: North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Drydock
We stayed there last month. They opened in January and are still working on the pool. Nice campground, nice bathrooms and store. Staff was very friendly. Sites are paved but not completely level and no shade yet. Quiet area, at least during our stay. Wi-Fi and cable worked good, curbside trash pickup. Easy to get to, close to North Myrtle Beach. Update: (Short as possible) A few days after posting here, I called CW again to check the status of my refund. Ended up being told they could send me a check and over night it to me - I told them that was fine. The next day I got a message on my voicemail saying they had processed my refund and it would be credited to my account within a couple of days...and in fact this time it actually was refunded to my account!!!!418Views0likes0CommentsCamping World not refunded money
We purchased a $700+ mattress from Camping World that ended up being defective. The mattress was returned and arrived at the Warehouse on July 16th, and we still have not been credited for the purchase, even though I keep being told we were refunded and we would see it within the next few days. I realize it takes time to process these things but it has been 26 days. On one call I made to ask about the status of my return, the rep laughed and said are you waiting on your refund? Another was completely incompetent and brought up 3 different orders that were not mine - I asked to speak to his manager multiple times but he would not let me. Another was a comedian and continually made jokes. Yes, I have called multiple times with the same response. Our ticket is closed and my account will be credited in 3-5 days. I have asked to speak to someone who can actually help but I have been told each time there is no one else to talk to, other than the rep you get on the phone....Help!2.4KViews0likes11Comments
