There are two fatter wires that control the furnace. These are red and light blue. Put them together and the furnace comes on. The remaining wires are green, white, blue and red The thermostat has b, o, g, y, r, rc. The last two have a jumper. I have searched everywhere with no luck. All the information I found on the net has a yellow and I don't. Please helpRe: rv comfort thermostatI had no idea it wouldn't work with my Dometic. I called tech support and that is what they said.rv comfort thermostatThe wiring colors don't match and I am having a hard time figuring this out. I was searching all night. For instance, the rv has to yellow wire. I have two reds, a fatter one and a skinny one. This is supposed to be wire to wire but it would have been nice if the wires matched in color. RV has fatter red and light blue, then in thinner wires, blue red green and white. Thermostat has yellow red white blue and grayRe: Reading the dipstick ScottG wrote: That's just residual. If it were really that full both sides would be wet. That is what I thought too but was afraid maybe one side could be rubbed off coming up that long tube. I guess I will check again tomorrow and just keep adding. On a standard drain and fill what is a reasonable amount to put in? It is supposed to hold a lot more than the eight I put in.Reading the dipstickWe pulled the tranny pan today and put in a new filter and gasket. According to the manual it should hold 15.9 quarts. I have 8 in there right now and even though I let the tube rest I get weird readings. One side of the stick is dry, the other side wet and already showing excess oil. How much is retained in the converter and how the heck am I supposed to ready this? Yes I do it with engine running. It is a 98 E super duty. Thanksdump valvesMy black tank dump valve is really hard to open and close now. How can I service it? I hope I don't have to remove it. ThanksSafe T plusMy C is wandering. I have Bilstein shocks. I want to buy one but their website mentions ones for Class A. Which of the four is appropriate for my class C? ThanksRe: '98 E super duty rear end oil carringb wrote: As long as you use full synthetic (which is factory recommended) then limited slip additive is not necessary, and is only needed if you have limited slip anyways. I use Mobile-1 75W-140. Thanks, do they put limited slip in these? How much oil should I buy?'98 E super duty rear end oilIt appears I have a leak so I want to take the cover off and reseal it with RTV. What confuses me is do I need to add the limited slip additive or do just straight gear oil? How much oil will it hold? Thanks
