I ask because when plugged into shore power my coach batteries are fully charged during the day with the solar panels and are full when we go to bed at night, however by morning it takes about 4-5 hours of solar charging to get them back up to full charge. Also I dont see the fan on the converter turning at all. 2019 Leprechaun converter location I am looking for the location of my converter (not inverter) on my 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun 260DS. I suspect it is bad but need to know the location to check/replace it. Thanks! Bike rack lights dont work when towing TOADWhen towing my Jeep with my Class C all light (brake, etc.) work fine. I mounted some LED lights on my bike rack. When I plug it into my 4 pin OEM plug on the back of the Jeep and use it with just the Jeep, it works great. Once I plug my Jeep into my Class C the Jeep lights all still work correctly but the bike rack lights do not operate. My guess is when plugged into the Class C the normal path for the power to the Jeep brake lights is diverted to match the RV thus no power to the OEM 4 pin tow plug on the Jeep. Do I need to have the OEM 4 pin plug wires spiced into the same RV circuit or is there another answer? Thanks!Re: Electric steps for RV that did not come with themGreat thanks all for your advice!Re: Electric steps for RV that did not come with themI have an e-mail in to them and I think I will also drop into my local RV dealer. ThanksRe: Electric steps for RV that did not come with themYep Kwikee has a LOT of steps. My question is it possible to mount them to an RV that did not have them? It looks like you would need to drill through the bottom of your battery box and bolt the step to that box. Not sure if it is designed to hold that weight, etc. If someone has actually done this I would be curious to know how they did it and what model they used. My dim are 22 across by 8.75 wide. The bottom of the battery box is about 6 inches up from the bottom lip of the outside door.Electric steps for RV that did not come with themWe recently went from a Class A to our current Class C. 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun on a Ford E450 frame. It did not come from the factory with electric steps which we really liked in the Class A. I looked on line and could only find replacement electric steps so I wanted to know if anyone has installed electric steps on their Class C that did not come from the factory with them? If so who sells them? Thanks!Re: CHF 2018 Thor, F53, Rear do I need Z bracketsThanks for the advice. I do already have a aftermarket sway bar and track bar. I also already did the front CHF. Thanks again!CHF 2018 Thor, F53, Rear do I need Z bracketsI just completed the CHF on the front of my 2018 Thor ACE 27.2 and as I am putting new Koni FSD shocks on thought I would do the CHF to the rear. However I have heard that I would need something called Z-brackets? Any comments? Also what is the torque specs on the bolts when I do a CHF.
