I Sir can understand your frustration, I am totally new to this RV world having just purchased a new unit. What you have discribed is a very sad state of our generation, common sense is lacking in many professions today, not just the RV industry.
Strange, if I hired a contractor to build a house for me in Canada and there was a problem with the plumbing. I would not be going to Moen, I would expect the contractor to make good on the warranty. Strange indeed? Thanks for the input.
