What is the best way to determine what a fair trade in value is? It is a 2013 Outdoors Timber Ridge 250RDS. Thank youRe: Jayco vs. Forest River dblr wrote: Maybe if you told us which brand Forest River and what line of Jayco you are looking at you could get a better comparison. We are looking at the Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S, Hummingbird MBS and the Salem 177FQ. (I am aware that the 177FQ does not have a slide, but we are not convinced that we want one.)Jayco vs. Forest RiverI am looking for input about the overall quality of travel trailers from Jayco and Forest River. We had 2 Jayco products (Class C and trailer) many years ago and were very happy with them but I know many of the manufacturers have been bought up by others.Jayco Hummingbird MBS??The kids are gone and we are thinking about down sizing to the Jayco Hummingbird MBS. My husband is 6’5” so we need the open end bed and would like to stay around a 19 foot box length. Does anyone have experience with this unit or any other suggestions? Thank you!Hot Water Heater Not WorkingWe took our TimberRidge 250 RDS out for the first time in a couple of years and the hot water heater wouldn't work (tried both gas and electric). It fired up on gas but went right out immediately. Is there a bypass valve that is closed from when it was winterized? I have a feeling this is operator error, but can't figure it out.Potter's Trailer Park in Chiloquin, OregonHi, Has anyone been to Potter's Trailer Park in Chiloquin, Oregon? I can't find any information on it on the internet, but I read that it is there in a fly fishing guide. ThanksRe: Campgrounds near Eugene, OregonThank you! I just booked Armitage for when we drop her off.Campgrounds near Eugene, OregonMy daughter is headed off to college at U of O and we are looking for campgrounds around the area for when we visit. Any ideas?Re: Campgrounds Reno NevadaI am not sure if the Mount Rose campground is open. It was closed all last year - unsure of the reason. The Sparks Marina isn't beautiful, but it is fine. The Grand Sierra is a bit more centrally located but it really depends on what you want to be close to.Re: Wind River by Outdoors RV TTWe have a Timber Ridge 250RDS and love it. We have only taken a week long trip so far but have been very pleased so far. The only problem we had was the outdoor light didn't work.
