They will chat with you if they feel like talking. Sometimes just better than watching the mile markers go by! I don't think I would get much range using anything attached to the cab, CBs (from my past experience) like tall, wide open, and centered antennas. With the Class C, tall and centered is impracticable, and they would definitely need a ground plane. Has any one tried a glass mounted antenna? I wouldn't think they would get much range.Class C - a good CB AntennaI need to add a CB to the rig and was wondering what folks with a Class C are using for: * an Antenna * Type of antenna mount * Mounting location Thanks for your help with this issue, I know CBs are very finicky and that they need a good antenna. CheersK-5 a good toad?I have an 1986 K-5 Chevy Blazer (CUCV) and would like to use it as a toad, the Army TMs say that I have to disconnect the drive shafts in order to tow over 50 MPH. Does anyone have any experience towing one of these. ThanksRe: 05 Jayco Greyhawk 31 SS Location of converterThanks for all the responses, in our Greyhawk the bed is almost centered and the breaker box is on the left side of the bed as facing the bed from the front. the Inverter is next to the breaker box but there is no other box under the bed. I will have to look under the coach where the shore power comes in and see if there is a box there. thanks again for all the reply'sRe: Question regarding heating toy hauler while towingwe have done it a few times in the TH, no problems.05 Jayco Greyhawk 31 SS Location of converterHello I was hoping that someone could tell me the location of my 12v converter/ charger on my 05 Jayco Greyhawk 31 SS.
