GSP sticky cover
I have a Rand McNally GPS that has a sticky cover tried everything to fix ,but nothing worked. Was going to send it in or buy new one, last chance idea. I used a product called (AWESOME) spayed some on a rag and rubbed and wiped off with clean rag and it all came off clean as could be, sticky free. It now is like new , can buy product at dollar store and I saw it at Lowes ,$6.00 a gallon. Used only on black cover not screen. 2003 Mandalay runs great then I stop for fuel or rest for about 20 min and get back on road I lose power. Its like the engine is not getting fuel top speed 45. after awhile sometimes it picks up speed and its ok. The rest of the day ,I have changed filters on the road and per fill them before I put them on, any ideas? Large slide makes loud noise, popping and squealing noise when opening, also jerks a lot. The seal when open from outside looks like the flap is not facing outward, still in closing position (inward). Any ideas really makes a lot of noise, but does open and close.
