When it hits its breaking point it will just stop. If you put cold gas in the tank, it starts right up. No problems if you travel during cooler weather. We have brought it to shops but most don't know how to work on that year of an RV. Suggestions on how to repair?Re: Winnebago Won't Start in Morning & Damp OutsideWe took it into the shop and they checked fuel pressure and it was just fine. They changed out something in the starter and now it works just fine. After much thought and much money being dumped into the 1994 Winnebago...we upgraded to a Fleetwood Pace Arrow. This one come with a warranty so it makes me relieved to know I won't be dumping so much money into it. Thank you everyone for your responses. It helped as we looked at the problem in a different way and learned more about our RV. :)Re: Winnebago Won't Start in Morning & Damp OutsideO'Reilly's Auto PartsWinnebago Won't Start in Morning & Damp Outside1994 Winnebago Adventurer 34 foot GM 454 Motor Replaced the following: full distributor (cap, rotor, plugs, wires) Oil pressure sensor; Will not start when damp outside. New battery. Injectors spray in the fan like they are suppose to and no dripping when you shut it off. Tried to start this morning at 7:00 am and nothing - won't fire. Started at 10:00 am and idled a little rough but running. This has happened a few times. Suggestions?Re: Didn't think fixing Class A was so DIFFICULT!!So we tested wiring from the fuel pump to the battery...the engine started and was running!! So we set up wiring from the fuel pump to the front with a switch to turn off the pump. For some reason now it won't run. Pump is running now but not injecting fuel. Injectors? Sensor?? Just when we think we have it figured out....Re: Didn't think fixing Class A was so DIFFICULT!!I'm looking to find out the voltage for the fuel pump. Is it a full 12 volt or is it reduced? If I can run a new power I can at least get it to the shop.Re: Location of Fuel Pump Relay - '94 Winnebago - WHERE??Thank you! I think that is what I have replaced.Location of Fuel Pump Relay - '94 Winnebago - WHERE??1994 Winnebago Adventurer - Chevy Chassis Engine starting but not turning over, did starter fluid test and it turned over. Fuel pump installed and verified that it works by power hook up ECM replaced and during power testing some wires show live Replaced fuel pump filter Replace "Starter Relay" thinking it was fuel pump relay - "plug in" like switch (black and oval like shape) Still not getting power to fuel pump. In my research on the internet most say FUEL PUMP RELAY, but everyone has different locations. I tried to pull the diagrams off of Winnebago site and they mention FUEL PUMP RELAY but they never show where it is. Manual does not give location. What does it look like?? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! THANK YOU!!!Didn't think fixing Class A was so DIFFICULT!!1994 Winnebago Adventurer, Chevy Chassis - bought mid-May 2013. We are coming up on 2 months with a broke down Class A, longer than we owned. Most of my summer is now wasted. End of June - husband went to dump RV. He stopped to find location. RV would start but not turn over. Towed home as every place was closed. Husband replaced fuel pump but still will not turn over. 2 Mobile Techs - Scheduled appointment - no show. Other Mobile Tech - Didn't appear professional - spent two hours on RV and said maybe ECM and replace. We must order. Waste of $200!! Order ECM - still will not turn over. Think we found fuel pump relay and replaced - dash, plug in like part. Will not start!! I am so tired of spending money getting no answers!! Thoughts, suggestions?? Husband is mechanical but not expert on RV. Local truck/RV dealership is expensive and not to mention tow fee! Thank you!
