Made some calls, even Fleetwood was stumped for replacement part or gauge, escalated. Meantime I found a marine shop, and although expensive, they made me one bad ass cable even bigger. This one won't break! A couple of washers and back in business. Thanks for the quick responses. Nice to know there is help out there when it's needed.Chassi battery cable, what guage?Have 2 Chassis batteries. My 1 foot black wire connecting the two is shot and just broke. Need a quick replacement. What gauge is it, where can I get one ASAP? Thanks.Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace Arrows rolnhome wrote: Your maybe 5+yrs out of warranty. I'd be careful with the awning you have. Too bad it was noticed sooner. Rain is the big problem because it will not dump. Good luck. 5 Year Warranty? Please let me know more! My coach just went in for the sensor/alarm problem and I'm being told 3 years, which is what they now list on the site. I'm outside of 3, inside of 5yrs. While there, doing the "final" brake recall. Already been in twice for temporary fix.Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???Authorized repairs at my cost to grease seals due to Workhorse brake issues...Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsRich, or anyone... do you have a link or part numbers for the plug/wire/engine cooling system? I remember seeing the Workhorse part numbers somewhere, but have searched the forums ands web and can't seem to find them. I was turned down for the work, and would still like to have it done. Thanks.Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsThey were confused too, and sent me one one of their "Red" ECM's pre programmed. I swapped it out, and first thing that happened was one of the pins wasn't perfectly straight and got bent internally when I attached the connector and caused a short. The cables to the ECM are real short and you have to reach back and do them pretty much by feel. From there I ended up with a tow to Workhorse for repairs. I put back in the stock ECM, they sent me a programmer box (I paid for it) and we tried everything for about 9 months. I had a lot of time off for about a year and did a lot of driving. I'm not saying it won't work, simply didn't for me. They tried and stood behind it. In the end though I couldn't get it to do what was advertised and what I had read from other users. I would never say it couldn't work for someone else, I just thing people alter their driving behavior after doing it and see a difference. When I bought my Prius at first I was so focused on mpg I was getting almost 50 mpg. 2 years later back to normal driving behavior I get 45, right where the car is rated. I could get 50 again without modifications. I'm now a believer of the Emporer's New Clothes theory and if it's too good to be true....ah heck, let's all just try Hydrogen Boosters. Everyone on the Internet says they swear by them. I saw some you can make from strawberry jars! When Camping World runs their next free install on Banks Systems, I'm going to be real tempted. That system seems to make sense. Doesn't promise mpg UNLESS you change driving habits, but will give more HP. With more HP you CAN change driving habits. This I've done to my motorcycles in the past, and raising HP can give better mpg, IF you don't get on the gas and enjoy it!Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsQuestion on tire changes... has Michelin XRV 235/80 22.5. Some say replacement is 255/70R 22.5 but 2 tire dealers told me nope, it's 245/75 22.5 Any ideas???Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsOn the UltraPower... I tried it and it did nothing for me. Not power, not mpg. In fact my mpg went down, they tried other programs, went back to stock and they gave me a refund. I'm now looking into Banks.Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsOut of curiousity, does it affect pressure if you have more than one regulator in line? Wouldn't think so, but if there is one on the coach, I also use one on my hose, and several parks we go to already have them mounted so at times it would appear we use three!Re: looking for owners of 2004-2005 Pace ArrowsI know EXACTLY what you're talking about. My sticker damage was behind sofa, and on right edge of kitchen wall. Here's what I did... Behind the sofa, I got the self sticking wall paper runner that is used in the bedroom-bathroom. I ran it the length of the wall over the sofa, cutting it out around windows. You can't tell it wasn't put there on purpose from the factory, covers sticker marks, and actually looks great! Kitchen wall, tough one. GIVE UP! just get a kitchen wall mount notepad, small picture, mini wall vase, pot holder mitten hook, or something you like and mount it over it. Any other way will make matters worse and drive you nuts! Trust me, the more you try to make it match, the bigger the spot is going to get.
