In Olympic NP, try to stay at Kalaloch campground. It's beautiful. North Cascades is really beautiful, too, and I would not skip it, though I would skip Great Basin. The best campground at Mt. Rainier NP for a small rig like yours (and mine) is White River. It's a higher elevation and doesn't open until at least mid-June. Save Mt. Rainier, Glacier and North Cascades for June or later.
