RT-17, RT-16, and RT-400 between NJ and Buffalo NY?

Can you please advise whether RT-17, RT-16 and RT-400 is a good route between New Jersey and Buffalo, NY for towing a 34' travel trailer? We would like to avoid low bridges/tunnels etc. that would ...

I have used Rt-17 (I-86) from Binghamton, NY to Olean, NY many times with my 30 foot TT without any problems. I live in Olean and Rt-16/Rt-400 is one of two main routes to Buffalo. No problems on that route to Buffalo either.
