My camper has a low pressure auxiliary propane hose with a female quick connect on the end. I have a campfire in a can and a weber q (converted to low pressure) that I can run off this aux hose. Does anyone know where I can find a low pressure "tee" with one male quick connect and two female quick connect fittings? I was certain I would go onto amazon and find it available from Camco but not so lucky. Another question - do you think my LP regulator on my TT would provide enough flow to run both these at the same time? If not I might as well just switch from one to the other.Thanks for any help.

Add up the btu input from the appliances you want to run at the same time for ex full size grill could be anywhere from 30,000 to 80,000 btu compacts should be on the low end. I work in the LP industry and our smallest change over is rated 450,000. But be aware do to line size,tank size, distance (length of line) and ambient temperature you may not get anywhere near that.Hope this helps some

I run my Weber Q and large camp fire thing of the same system and have no problems even when the stove and water heater are in use.I looked for a tee as well and never found one. We may have to make one.

The brand name is Torjik, the same company that makes a product called "converta Q" to convert your Weber Q to low pressure LP. Only problem is it is $49.99, which seems steep to me. Their Converta Q product is also $49.99. I will be thinking about that overnight. Just wanted to let you know.Gary

I pieced the parts together off Amazon to add a Y onto my gas line and have them setting on a wish list deciding if I wanted to go this route, from my planning it would take about $50 in parts to make a quick connect Y and not be as clean as the connector you found.

I installed quick connects on the regulator as well so I could quickly put it back on if I wanted to run directly off a tank. Does anyone see any problem doing the same with my Weber Q? I would put a tank connector on the inlet side of the regulator and a female quick disconnect on the outlet side. Then I would attach the regulator directly to the tank and then a quick disconnect hose to the grill. Any problems?THANKS!

RV LP fittings are all standard fittings available at any hardware store. I found this cool manifold on eBay that I used to replace a T fitting to my refrigerator and furnace. This added two more fittings for quick-connect appliances. All of the ports are standard 3/8" pipe thread (except for the input which is 1/2" pipe) and all of the fittings are what was needed for the appliance.
Here it is mounted with the quick connects attached.

Has anyone installed a high pressure quick connect alongside the low pressure. If so how? I thought that might be easyer than converting all the appliances we have.

Muddydogs, I went ahead and ordered that Y quick connect from propanegear. Ordered on Wednesday and already arrived today. I haven't tried it out yet, but it appears to be a high quality product. Propanegear seems to be a very good company to deal with too. I asked them a question through their web site and got a prompt reply with very good answers to my questions. Very helpful and professional people (no, I don't work for them).

My brother uses standard air hose quick connects for his propane BBQ & stove hookups. Much cheaper.

I would not do this. Air hose quick connects are not built to the same standard. Literally playing with fire here.
I certainly would not recommend that others do it.

And please don't take the campsite next to mine at the next campground.
