Shade screen - ideal height?
Thinking of purchasing or making an awning shade screen in case we find ourselves at a sunny site. Do people find an 8 foot drop too big or is a 6 foot drop good enough?

Ours is 6 ft, but it hasn't been used in years. We usually place our EZup tent adjacent to the awning and that blocks 75% of the sunshine from heating up the underside of our awning.
