Shade screen - ideal height?
Thinking of purchasing or making an awning shade screen in case we find ourselves at a sunny site. Do people find an 8 foot drop too big or is a 6 foot drop good enough?

I would get a 7 foot one. You can always stake it out a bit to give you more room under the awning. I think our is 7 feet and it gives us lots of room under our awning for the table and a bunch of chairs, bikes or other stuff. :B We also use an end screen when necessary.
