Our RV came with a low-flow showerhead. I don't have a problem with the spray or shut-off switch. According to the printing on the showerhead it has a 2.5 gpm rating. The only reason I would want to change it is if I can find one that would save more water or has massager settings. Some of the ones that are supposed to be massagers according to the reviews they are too weak to make it worth the purchase. I have seen showerheads with a 2.2 gpm rating, but that doesn't seem like enough difference to buy a new one. Does anyone know of a good showerhead that has a lower rating than 2.2? And/or one that truly is a massager?

did you take the flow reducing washer out of yours to see how it worked then?bumpy

Bumpy,Our current showerhead works fine. I'm just asking if anyone has found one that saves more water and/or has a good massager. Ours saves water, but only 2.5 gpm and does not have a massager feature.

I have a few short years. Why would I want to save water, or money. We have a high flow shower head. It is dot drown proof. Took all the washers etc out of those at home too. Evidently EPA has told China to make it harder to get a decent shower. Takes near major surgery on new ones. If we are on the road and no water to connect to we still take good wet showers. Cut down on things like boiling water. Never have run out and it's only a 100 gallon tank. Don't take the kids with you and you should have plenty too.

I think that by now the OP would have got the message that all he needs to do is get the Oxygenica Body Spa and be done with it. We had one on the past trailer, liked it so much that we got one for the house then when we ent to pick up the new trailer, we had one in hand and had it installed before the first shower in the trailer.

With our Oxygenics we can have a real high flow shower when we have full hookups and then when we are dry camping, we can turn the water way down and still get a reasonable shower while using very little water.

It's great.

Our oxygenics doesn't save any water, but it sure rinses better. My wife hated to use our shower until I added it.

Be sure to get the Oxygenic with the push button valve. There are still a few that have that crappy twist valve.
